Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on transformationfit.co.uk, and how you can control them. You can change your choice at any time using the link at the bottom of every page.
What’s a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, work in much the same way. We use “cookies” here to cover all of them.
Cookies we use without asking
Our website itself doesn’t set any cookies. We store one small setting in your browser’s local storage, tf-consent, to remember whether you accepted or declined advertising cookies, so we don’t ask you on every page.
Advertising cookies (only if you accept)
If you click Accept, we load:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It tells us when someone who saw one of our adverts visits the site or asks for a consultation, and lets us show our adverts to people likely to be interested. Cookies include
_fbpandfr. - Google Ads conversion tracking (Google). It tells us which Google adverts led to an enquiry. Cookies include
_gcl_auand Google advertising cookies.
If you click Decline, neither is loaded and no advertising cookies are set. If you accept and later change your mind, open the cookie settings and choose Decline; we stop loading the tags and remove the cookies we can reach.
Third-party content
- Enquiry and booking forms are provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel), the system we use to manage enquiries. When a form loads, LeadConnector may set cookies needed to run the form and protect it from spam (including Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Videos on our reviews page and blog are hosted on Vimeo and YouTube. Nothing loads from them until you press play. Vimeo videos play with Vimeo’s “do not track” setting, and YouTube videos play from youtube-nocookie.com.
- Maps are provided by OpenStreetMap, which doesn’t set cookies. As with any embedded content, your browser connects to their servers to load the map.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, the site will still work, but you may be asked about cookies again.
